About the Firm

Michelle started her own firm in 1995 after being in a partnership with Robert C. Taylor, Esq. since 1987. Laurie A.C. Cruz has been an integral part of Michelle's team since 1990. Laurie performs paralegal, legal secretary, office manager, and billing/collections services. In 2000, we moved to the historic Posz-Eade House after Michelle did extensive rehabilitation and turned the former residence into an inviting office. According to local records, the house was built in 1899, which is one year younger than the Steinbeck House, which is located one block away. We work as a team and treat our clients part of our team. The areas of law that we practice give us the opportunity to have long term relationships with our clients. WE ONLY REPRESENT CLIENTS IN CALIFORNIA COURTS AS MICHELLE IS ONLY AUTHORIZED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA.
