About the Firm

Michelle started her own firm in 1995 after being in a partnership with Robert C. Taylor, Esq. since 1987. Nikole Urbach Guzman joined the team as legal secretary and receptionist in 2008. In 2000, we moved to the historic Posz-Eade House after Michelle did extensive rehabilitation and turned the former residence into an inviting office. According to local records, the house was built in 1899, one year younger than the Steinbeck House which is located one block away. We work as a team and treat our clients as part of our team. The areas of law that I practice give me the opportunity to have long term relationships with clients. WE ONLY REPRESENT CLIENTS IN CALIFORNIA COURTS AS MICHELLE IS ONLY AUTHORIZED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA.
